The main bus operator in Cambridge is Stagecoach with frequent services running from Huntingdon Road into Cambridge city centre. Additionally, buses link you directly to; Fenstanton, Bar Hill, Oakington and Girton.

WHY USE THE BUS?

There are many reasons you should consider using the bus; firstly, it can be quicker than driving, especially when trying to reach Cambridge city centre. You’ll find public transport often has priority with dedicated bus lanes and a journey from Darwin Green into Cambridge will take approximately 11 minutes. Bus travel can also be cheaper than you realise with a weekly ticket into the city costing £14.50 (correct as of September 2024).
